Lemon Technologies Limited • Zambia
These Terms govern your use of the Lemon mobile app and Lemonzm.com. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Zambian law. Business users must have authority to bind that business.
2. The Service
Lemon provides platform infrastructure only. Creators are responsible for their own products and services.
- Create profile pages
- Sell digital products
- Receive payments
- Access analytics
3. User Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and remain responsible for all activity under your account. We may terminate accounts violating these Terms.
4. Digital Products & Transactions
4.1 Creator Responsibility
Creators are the "Seller of Record." You are responsible for delivery, refunds, customer support, and Zambian tax compliance.
4.2 In-App Purchases (Apple & Google)
Payments are processed by Apple/Google systems. Refund requests for in-app purchases must be made through their respective stores.
5. Fees
Lemon may charge subscription and transaction fees. These will be disclosed within the app or website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated fees.
6 & 7. Content & Prohibited Activities
You retain ownership of content but grant Lemon a license to host it. You may NOT:
- • Sell illegal goods or engage in money laundering
- • Infringe intellectual property
- • Harm or exploit others
8 & 9. IP & Privacy
All rights in the Lemon platform are owned by Lemon Technologies Limited. Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10, 11 & 12. Liability & Termination
• Service is provided "As Is" without guarantees of earnings.
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid to Lemon in the 12 months preceding a claim.
• We may suspend access if you breach these terms or misuse monetization features.
13. Governing Law
Republic of Zambia
Disputes shall be resolved by courts of competent jurisdiction in Zambia.
